Walk in the Spirit

Jesus says: “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:63).

“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit” (Galatians 5:16, 24-25).

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit” (Romans 8:1).

Day of Judgment

On the Last Day, the Day of Judgment when Jesus comes, absolutely no one can stand before him and say: “Lord, I didn’t know; I did not know that this day was coming” because he said:

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come” (Matthew 24:14). “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only” (Matthew 24:36).
Jesus Christ also warns, saying: “He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the Last Day” (John 12:48).

“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:3-4).

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him” (John 3:36).

Believe in the Word of God

Throughout ages of time, and to this day, it is said: “I believe in God.” But it is not enough to believe in God. James, the brother of Jesus, put this into perspective when he said, “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble” (James 2:19).

Therefore, it is not enough to say, “I believe in God.” That, in and of itself, is not enough to obtain the reward of inheritance of eternal life at the end of time. We must also believe in the Word of God. To believe in the Word of God is to believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ (John 1:1-3, 3:16-18).

Jesus says: “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him” (John 3:36).

“Love not the world…”

“Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89).

Jesus says: “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away” (Matthew 24:35).

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:63).

“For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Matthew 16:26).

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever” (1 John 2:15–17).

Jesus returns after the great tribulation!

Jesus comes after the deceitful short reign of the seventh king, the antichrist and the eighth king, the devil himself (Revelation 17:10-11).

“And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: [EVEN HIM, WHOSE COMING IS AFTER THE WORKING OF SATAN WITH ALL POWER AND SIGNS AND LYING WONDERS],

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle” (2 Thessalonians 2:8-15).

“Behold, he cometh with clouds; and [EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM], and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen” (Revelation 1:7).

Rise of the Seventh world king:

Rise of the Seventh world king: The end of days of this earth, the last years of time, will be known by the indisputable events taking shape when there will come in that time a rise to power of the seventh and last world king kingdom headed by two wicked kings to come at the end of time (Daniel 8:23–24) (Daniel 11:36–37).

The seventh king will be the antichrist who will be one ruler over this whole earth (Daniel 7:4–6). In John’s vision of the end of time, he revealed these world kingdoms when he saw the kings: “And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space” (Revelation 17:10). The eighth being the devil, aka, Satan. “And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition” (Revelation 17:11).

When these events come to pass, the last years on this earth will begin to count down to the end of time. This will be the end of time (Revelation 10:6, 20:12–13).

What are the key signs of the end of the world (Matthew 24:1-3)?

Jesus explained saying: “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand)” (Matthew 24:15). “And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh” (Luke 21:20).

“And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened” (Matthew 24:22).

“So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the Kingdom of God is nigh at hand; then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh” (Luke 21:31, 28).

End Of Days

Believe in Jesus Christ

The word of God is very clear as it is written: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (Jiohn 3:16).

Unfortunately, even from the time that he was here on earth, his own people and to this day, untold numbers of people refuse to believe or reject who he is indeed.

Jesus says: “He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God” (John 8:47). “I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins” (John 8:24).

Therefore, be wise and believe in Jesus Christ!

Mark of the beast: Rebuke the devil!

Let us be reminded daily of these words spoken by our Lord, Savior and King Jesus Christ saying: “No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon” (Luke 16:13).

When the day comes, and it is soon coming, we must remember these words, should we be alive, when we are asked to take the “..mark of the beast..” (Revelation 13:1-18). Let us recall when the devil tried to offer the kingdoms of this world to Jesus, and he rebuked him, as it is written:

“Then saith Jesus unto him, ‘Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.’” (Matthew 4:10).

Trust in God

“The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him” (Nahum 1:7).

Let these words resonate in our daily lives spoken by the Apostle Paul saying:

“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21).

“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18).

“For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living” (Romans 14:7-9).

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit” (Romans 8:1).

Jesus says: “I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world” (Matthew 28:20).

Seventh and last world kingdom

“The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us” (Ecclesiastes 1:9-10).

During the world kingdom of Babylon, King Nebuchadnezzar had made a very large golden image. On the dedication of this image a decree was established which commanded all people and languages throughout Babylon on the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musical instruments, to fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up. Everyone who did not fall down and worship the image would be at that same hour cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace (Daniel 3:3–6).

The day will come when the eighth world king over the seventh and last world kingdom do the same as it is written:

“And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed” (Revelation 13:15).

For those alive when the anti-Christ rises to power in the seventh and last world kingdom, have no fear. Believe the Son of God when he says, ““Be thou faithful unto death…” (Revelation 2:10). “But there shall not a hair of your head perish. In your patience possess ye your souls” (Luke 21:16–19). Remember Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego did not perish when they were cast into the furnace of fire during the reign of King Nebuchadnezzar in world kingdom of Babylon (Daniel 3:25).
