“For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89).
“By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth” (Psalm 33:6).
“Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. [THEY SHALL PERISH], but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed. [BUT THOU ART THE SAME, AND THY YEARS SHALL HAVE NO END]” (Psalm 102:25-27).
“[LOVE NOT THE WORLD, NEITHER THE THINGS THAT ARE IN THE WORLD]. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. [AND THE WORLD PASSETH AWAY], and the lust thereof: [BUT HE THAT DOETH THE WILL OF GOD ABIDETH FOREVER]” (1 John 2:15–17).
TO DO THE WILL OF GOD is to LOVE the word of GOD.
JESUS, the only begotten Son of God says: “[BLESSED ARE THEY THAT HEAR THE WORD] of God, and keep it” (Luke 11:28). “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: [THE WORDS THAT I SPEAK UNTO YOU, THEY ARE SPIRIT, AND THEY ARE LIFE]” (John 6:63).
“[HE THAT REJECTETH ME, AND RECEIVETH NOT MY WORDS], hath one that judgeth him: [THE WORD THAT I HAVE SPOKEN, THE SAME SHALL JUDGE HIM IN THE LAST DAY]” (John 12:48).
“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but [MY WORDS SHALL NOT PASS AWAY]” (Matthew 24:35).
