LOVE G O D.

How can we not love God?

After all, where are we?

We are on his earth.

God has declared, saying: “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5). “The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land. The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein” (Psalms 95:5, 24:1).

The day is coming, only God knows the day and hour (Matthew 24:36) when habitation on this earth will cease forever.

“Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed. But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end” (Psalm 102:25-27).

“Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God” (Psalm 90:2).

God is where it all began; God is here today; and God will be forever.
God’s eternal glory is in the heavens above this earth and heaven (Psalm 148:13).

Therefore, knowing that this heaven and earth will pass away, we should be very diligent in getting to where Jesus, the only begotten Son of God will have his kingdom.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18).

GOSPEL of CHRIST = LIGHT of the GOSPEL.

The Apostle Paul said: “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” (2 Corinthians 4:3-6).

“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (2 Thessalonians 3:18).

GOOD versus evil | LIGHT versus darkness.

Jesus says: “Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:10, 14-16).

The LORD he is God: Praise the LORD.

“MAKE a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations” (Psalm 100:1-5).

GOD is a S P I R I T.

“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him” (John 1:18).

To see God, we must believe in his only begotten Son.

“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus: who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:5–6).

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:16, 18).

“Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth” (1 John 5:5–6).

Jesus Christ says: “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him” (John 4:24, 23).

D A Y and N I G H T.

According to this world, there are twenty four (24) hours in a day.

If there are 24 hours in a day, then how many hours are in a night?

There in lies the problem!

The Holy Scriptures expressly tells us that the prince of this world, the devil, aka Satan has tried to change God’s times and laws established since the time of creation (Genesis 1:1-31, 2:16-17, 3:4).

Jesus, God’s only begotten Son asks: “Are there not twelve hours in the day?” ” (John 11:9).

Now, many people are quick to point out saying” “that was in the old time, and this is a new age of time.

Let us never forget, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).

When God created this heaven and earth, he divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night; and the evening and the morning were the first day (Genesis 1:3-5).

Therefore, if there are only twelve hours in a day, then there are twelve hours in the night.

When it is midday, it is the middle of the day, and at midnight, it is the middle of the night.

Jesus also says: “If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him” (John 11:10).

“I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life” (John 8:12). “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world” (John 9:5).

“I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world” (Matthew 28:20).

GREAT TRIBULATION > GREAT EARTHQUAKE > GREAT DAY OF THE LORD.

Immediately AFTER the GREAT TRIBULATION (Matthew 24:29-30) on the day and night, only God knows (Matthew 24:36) when heaven opens up to reveal a sign of Jesus in heaven, there will be a GREAT EARTHQUAKE preceeding the GREAT DAY and TERRIBLE DAY of the Lord.:

“[THE SUN SHALL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS, AND THE MOON INTO BLOOD], before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come” (Joel 2:31).
In the Revelation of Jesus Christ by John, as it is written:

“And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a [GREAT EARTHQUAKE]; and [THE SUN BECAME BLACK AS SACKCLOTH OF HAIR, AND THE MOON BECAME AS BLOOD];

And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

For the [GREAT DAY] of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to [STAND]?” (Revelation 6:12-17).

“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be [ACCOUNTED WORTHY TO ESCAPE] all these things that shall come to pass, and to [STAND] before the Son of man” (Luke 21:36).

“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: [FOR IN MOUNT ZION AND IN JERUSALEM SHALL BE DELIVERANCE], as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call” (Joel 2:32).

“Then cometh the end, when he shall have [DELIVERED UP THE KINGDOM TO GOD], even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power” (1 Corinthians 15:24).

D A I L Y P R A Y E R.

We thank you dear LORD God for your blessings and mercies this day in the name of our Lord, Savior and King Jesus. Amen.

“The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous” (Proverbs 15:29).

Jesus says: “When ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him” (Matthew 6:7-8).

Jesus taught us to pray saying: “Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen” (Matthew 6:9-13).

The LAST DAY: A PRAYERFUL LIFE versus Pride of Life:

“Designer clothes, shoes, handbags, mansions, luxury cars, Penthouse villa, private jets, private islands, lobster dinners and the list goes on!”

““But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness” (1 Timothy 6:11).

Jesus says: “Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth” (Luke 12:15).

“Therefore I say unto you, ‘Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment. Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?’” (Luke 12:22-24).

Jesus further explains that we must not “Let the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word and it becometh unfruitful” (Mark 4:19).

“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mark 8:36-37).

“Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death” (Proverbs 11:4).

“For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous” (Psalm 37:17).

“The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever” (Psalm 37:18).
