“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).
“It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are [NEW EVERY MORNING]: great is thy faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:22-23).
Every day that passes by in this earth is one day closer to the end of the world, and the return of our Lord, Savior and King Jesus (Matthew 13:37–43, 24:1-3). However, Jesus says: “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only” (Matthew 24:36).
Let us therefore, rejoice: “Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth” (Psalm 98:13).
“Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets” (Luke 6:23).
